Cancellations Policy

• Cancellations made within 14 days of booking are eligible for a full refund, provided the event is more than 30 days away.
• After the 14-day window, or if the event is less than 30 days away, no refund will be issued.
• If you are no longer able to attend, we welcome substitutions at any time (see below).
